Fear Free Professionals at Bethany Family Pet Clinic

Fear Free Professionals at Bethany Family Pet Clinic

Over the last few months, our doctors and staff have focused their attention on becoming a “Fear Free” clinic. Fear Free is not only a tactic, it is a certified program for veterinary facilities. This program teaches veterinarians and staff to uphold a level of care that promotes trust between veterinary staff, patients (your pets), and clients (you!).

The goal of the Fear Free model is to understand how fear, anxiety, and stress are being presented by patients, and how to structure veterinary visits so stressors are alleviated as much as possible. This allows patients and clients to have positive experiences and less anxiety about future visits. We are proud to say that 100% of our doctors and 75% of our staff are now Fear Free certified!
