We realize the excitement, anxiety, and hopefulness that comes with the re-opening of Oregon. We are eager to have you once again into the clinic!

To ease our staff and day to day operations back into this re-opening, BFPC has decided to open back to the public in phases. We are doing this to ensure not only the safety of our staff, but also your own safety! We have an extremely high volume of humans and animals coming in and out of the clinic all day, and we would not be able to have the recommended social distancing. Phase one is starting Thursday, July 1st.

When you arrive at the clinic: Please still call on arrival.

If you have a scheduled doctor’s appointment, we will lead you and your pet into an exam room when we have one available. The doctor will meet you in the exam room as we did pre-pandemic, and then it is business as usual! If you are able to show us a vaccine card (photo or actual card), you are able to remove your mask if you wish to do so. Otherwise, please keep your mask on while in the building. Staff will remain masked for the time being. We have made this decision to keep our unvaccinated staff and clients as safe as possible.

We will be leading you back to your car to complete the check out for your appointment. We are trying to avoid congestion in the lobby, and to keep all pets happy!

If you are here for a drop off/hospitalization/surgery/pick up an appointment, we will continue the curbside model as we have previously done.

If you have a scheduled technician appointment, it will continue in the curbside process as we have been doing so.

If you are here to pick up food/medications, we will run them out to your vehicle as we have been doing.

We will be moving through our phases of re-opening as quickly as we are safely able to do so. We will be updating our clients as soon as we have any changes.

Thank you for your continued trust in us, and for traveling along this roller coaster of pandemic right alongside our doctors and staff. We appreciate your business, and your patience.
